Our art program is process-based, low-waste, and deeply connected to the natural world. Children are invited to explore materials with curiosity, creativity, and autonomy, often returning to ideas over multiple days.

Participation Requirements:

At Brooklyn Trails, the safety and well-being of our group are paramount. To ensure a secure and enjoyable outdoor learning experience, we require the following:

  1. Children must demonstrate the ability to follow verbal instructions, fostering a safe and organized learning environment.

  2. Children must be interested in staying with the group during all activities.

  3. Children must be willing and able to carry their own backpack.

  4. Children must be ready for long sunny nature walks to and from our drop-off location.
