A Day at Brooklyn Trails

Brooklyn Trails is a mixed-age program for children ages 3–8. Younger and older kids share the same outdoor space, learn from one another, and form friendships across ages.

Instead of a fixed schedule, children settle into what interests them most and experience the satisfaction of creative work that deepens over time. Our small groups mean every child receives warm, individual attention along with plenty of room for the freedom that makes outdoor exploration feel magical. The result is a spacious, imaginative nature experience deeply rooted in childhood wonder.

Program Pricing:

  • Weekly Enrollment: $700 per child

  • Full Summer Enrollment (8 Weeks): $5,040 per child

  • Drop in Pricing: $150

  • We offer a 10% sibling discount

Camp Participation Requirements

At Brooklyn Trails, the safety and well-being of our group are paramount. To ensure a secure and enjoyable outdoor learning experience, we require the following:

  1. Children must demonstrate the ability to follow verbal instructions, fostering a safe and organized learning environment.

  2. Children must be interested in staying with the group during all activities.

  3. Children must be willing to carry their own backpack.

  4. Children must be ready for long sunny nature walks.

Our commitment to safety is unwavering, ensuring that every child's experience in our program is not only enriching but also secure.

Our art program is process-based, low-waste, and deeply connected to the natural world. Children are invited to explore materials with curiosity, creativity, and autonomy, often returning to ideas over multiple days.
